A participant’s spot will be reserved once payment has been received in full. Should registration be withdrawn at any time for any reason, 50% of the full cost will be refunded. If a vet certificate is provided, 100% of the full cost will be refunded.

Horsemanship
• Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
BBQ Hotdog Dinner
• Friday: 6:00pm
Wine Tasting at Ancient Hill Winery
• Saturday: 4:00-5:30pm (transportation provided)
Group Potluck Dinner
• Saturday: 6:00pm

Additional Notes
- Dogs must be on leash and are not allowed in arenas or buildings.
- Due to space restrictions, arrival times will be scheduled and sign-up will be available at a later date.
- Airbnb and hotel accommodations are available in Kelowna, and are the participant’s responsibility to arrange.
